Q. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A. When you place an order from our products page, you will
be taken to a secure server where you will fill out our online
order form indicating the products you want. You must answer
an Online Medical Questionnaire, similar to that which you
would fill out in your doctor's office. This will provide
our physicians with information relevant to your medical condition.
Once you complete the questionnaire, you will submit your
delivery information and credit card number to complete the
order process. You will receive e-mail with confirmation of
your request.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER?
A. A physician, licensed by the American Medical Association,
will review the information you have submitted and either
approve or deny your request. If approved, the physician will
write the prescription and send it to a pharmacy where it
will be filled and shipped to you via Federal Express. Your
prescription will include information explaining the usage,
dosage and precautionary information regarding your medication.
You will also receive our pharmacist's contact information
in case you have any questions upon receiving your medication.
Q. HOW DOES AN ONLINE CONSULTATION WORK?
A. Online consultations are the latest concept in health care
utilizing the Internet to improve patient access to physician
care. The patient completes an online questionnaire in the
same manner as they would in a physician's office. Although
online consultations will never take the place of traditional
medicine, they do provide an effective means for patients
to receive treatment for a specific number of conditions that,
in many circumstances, may not require a physical exam.
Q. WHAT PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS DO YOU DISPENSE?
A. We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online
consultations. Please check our site for all available medications
we offer.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
A. Once your order is approved; it will be forwarded to the
pharmacy for fulfillment. When the pharmacy receives your
prescription, it will be filled and shipped via Federal Express.
At time of delivery, an adult signature is required in order
to release the medication to you. This is to assure the protection
of you and others. If an adult is not available to sign for
the package, Federal Express will make up to 3 delivery attempts,
as well as indicate a pick-up facility.
Q. DO YOU SHIP ORDERS EVERYDAY?
A. Pharmacies do not process prescription orders over the
weekend. If you place an order after noon Eastern Standard
Time on Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday, it will
be sent to the Physician for evaluation, but will not be shipped
from one of our pharmacies until Monday or Tuesday.
Q. CAN I RETURN MY MEDICATION FOR A REFUND?
A. Due to Federal Law, we are unable to accept returned prescription
medications.
Q. DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Q. HOW WILL THE PACKAGE ARRIVE? WILL PEOPLE KNOW
ITS CONTENTS?
A. All packages are shipped in plain packaging to protect
your privacy.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DECLINED?
A. We use a system that authorizes your available credit at
the time the order is placed. If the physician or pharmacy
declines your request, you will not be charged. The authorization
to your credit/debit card will cancel within 5 business days.
